Elementary school students, high school students, and distinguished members of the community come together, twice a month, to clean up Chair! Participants meet at the YCCC and decide which part of Cair they would like to clean and establish a plan to clean that specific area. Thus far, students have cleaned various parks and streets, and they plan to continue coming together, as a community, and ensuring they are taking an active role in keeping Chair clean. The students are leading by example and hope this project will inspire others in Chair to also take an active part in taking care of Chair. Also, after every clean-up, the participants will play fun team-building activities together. All community members are welcome to join this club, and club meetings are scheduled for every other Saturday.

On World Mental Health Day, October 10, 2019, the Youth Community Center – Cair organized a social and educational event for the youth in Cair. We discussed how our mental health impacts the way we handle stress, relate to one another, and make decisions. Mental health influences the way individuals look at themselves, their lives, and others in their lives. Like physical health, mental health is important at every stage of life. We had the honor to have one of the best psychologists as out speaker, Professor Edlira Destani.
